In the event that you choose to cooperate with our Law Firm, you will be provided with a Special Information Form and an Individual Consent Form.

The Personal Data will be kept for as long as the assignment order from the Client to the Commissioning Law Firm is valid until its expiry. After the end of the ordering relationship, the personal data will be destroyed.

The documents which bear the signature(s) of the contracting parties in which personal data are registered, will be kept in paper form until the statute of limitation of the rights arising therefrom and in electronic form until the end of the mandate relationship.

In the event of the initiation of legal proceedings of any kind that directly or indirectly concern the signatory hereof, the above-mentioned retention period for the Customer’s data will be suspended throughout until the issuance of an irrevocable court decision and the subsequent actions during enforcement, at which point personal data will continue to be respected, until the end of the mandate to the Law Firm.

You have the right to access your personal data at any time. This means that you have the right to be informed by us if we are processing your Data.
